Nhako Depot terms
Last updated 3 November 2026. These cover the Nhako Depot app. The website has its own terms.
The licence
Nhako Depot is free software. You can share it and change it under the GNU General Public License, version 3 or, at your option, any later version. The penguin and the app icon are shared under the same licence. The licence is the agreement between us.
No warranty
Depot comes with absolutely no warranty, to the extent the law allows, as sections 15 and 16 of the licence say. It shows what an uninstall or update will change before it happens, uses your system's own package manager, and moves files it removes by hand to the Trash. But you decide what to remove, and you are responsible for the changes you approve. Keep backups of anything you cannot afford to lose.
Other people's names
Debian, Ubuntu, Fedora, Arch Linux, openSUSE, Snap, Snapcraft, Flatpak, Flathub, GNOME and Linux are trademarks of their respective owners. Depot is an independent project, not affiliated with or endorsed by any of them. Their names appear only to say which kinds of software it works with. The badge colours tell sources apart and do not represent those projects.
Other people's software
Depot is built with open source Rust libraries, listed in the About window. Its window is drawn with GTK and libadwaita, under the GNU LGPL 2.1 or later, which come from your system.
Law, changes and contact
These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. If they change, the date above moves. Questions go to GitHub.
